You don't have to navigate SEND alone. We're here to listen, offer guidance and help you feel informed, empowered and supported every step of the way.

We help parent carers understand SEND legislation, the SEND Code of Practice and their rights, empowering families to make informed choices and confidently navigate their SEND journey.

We support parent carers to understand benefits and financial support available for children and young people with SEND, including Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and other relevant entitlements.

We offer support with EHC Plans and a range of SEND-related issues and documentation. Helping parent carers understand processes, access support and feel confident in advocating for their child or young person.

We provide information, guidance and support around housing options for families of children and young people with SEND, including social housing applications, 

We provide information, guidance and practical support to families navigating complaints and SEND tribunals, including understanding processes, gathering evidence, preparing for hearings and ensuring parent carers feel informed and empowered throughout their journey.
